Let me start by saying I'm a HUGE fan of Dave's Hot Chicken--I've been to the Vegas locations many times and always had a great experience. This was my first time visiting a Phoenix location, and I could definitely tell a difference. The customer service was just okay. I stopped by today with my son to pick up some dinner for the family and we love this place! We were immediately greeted by the employees and the ambiance in here is awesome and colorful! The staff were very friendly! They have a good choice of options. I got the Daves #4 mild with mac and cheese and their mac is pretty darn good! It's very creamy and saucy which I love! Come here once in a while but the service is always top tier. Jose specifically got my order right and helped me out a lot!!!!
