TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I would definitely recommend the slider the combination of everything it comes with pairs very well together. The pickles are very good and we had fries for our side. Those were good also. I did not like the chocolate shake or the strawberry. We ended up tossing out our shakes. If you wanted to try the sauces before you decide on which one they do not let you, and then I proceeded to ask if I can have the sauce on the side and she said that they do not do that either.
Came in the store to try some chicken but my grandson was not going to try the spices. We looked around at the art work on the walls then left. No samples to try, will come back at a later time to get some. I love all the commercials and am excited to try. Brook City Base just opened this new location. Great service and great food! My younger siblings kept saying they saw this place on social media so when we were in town, they said we HAD to try it. The food was insanely delicious and made us sad there wasn’t a location in Austin so we could go more often. What surprised me the most was how the food was not super greasy and didn’t feel heavy and stuffing, it was perfectly satisfying.
I recently visited David’s Hot Chicken, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the sliders. Dave’s never disappoints! Loved the sliders, tenders and fries! Everything was fresh, flavorful and hot! Employee working the register was friendly and paid attention to detail of the order. Me, wife, and baby will be back soon!
