We passed by and decided to try it for lunch. Let's start with the positives. The staff were very friendly. The place is very clean and very bright. We tried the chicken tenders. The tenders are very generous size. The chicken itself was very tender and juicy. The fries were nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside and the fry sauce (kind of like a chipotle mayo sauce) was very tasty. It was an absolute pleasure eating at Dave's on any occasion weather it's chilling out with friends and eating chicken or just looking at the art.

I am very selective on which places I give a five star. My five star reviews are only reserved for those who really knock everything out of the park. Dave's hot chicken was that place! I do not understand the 3 star rating here. On yelp, it has a five star rating on google. The food was hot, delicious and it came out fast. The staff was overly friendly and was willing to help. Read the story about the founding of this place. What an incredible story! Maybe the story is better than the food. I give a three as I felt other places serving chicken sandwiches were better. However, the service was superb and the staff interaction reminded me of a more upscale restaurant. The food was great, but not sure if the multi billion dollar purchase was worth it.

fantastic flavor and customer service. I really enjoy the spice variety. The juice of the chicken was fantastic and had a good crunch still
