The chicken here isn't bad at all. I didn't go inside but I would say that most of the food is color more than flavor. Not saying it's bland but the fries and chicken were barely salted. It's forces you to dip your food in the sauce. And they offer honey which is unique. I had the Mild chicken next time I go I'll let you know how the spicy food is! Go check it out though.

The chicken itself is fine - I have had medium and hot, and I like them both well enough. Cooked and seasoned well. Crinkle fries are seasoned well, but with similar seasoning at the chicken (imho) so it's a lot of the same flavors at once. Service was fine, did not love the entry setup at this particular location. The self service kiosks clog the in-person ordering line and should have moved over to the right as you walk in the door, instead. Milkshake was really melted down five minutes after receiving it. Inconsistent delivery on the sauce, but enjoyed it. Love that it's open late. Pretty quick too.

I had a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken in Highland. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned with just the right level of spice. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made the visit even better. The place was clean and had a nice, casual vibe. I'll definitely be coming back again!

I finally tried Dave's. I truly believe this place is overhyped and overpriced. While the hot chicken is ok it's not nearly as good as other hot chicken spots around the area. The customer service was great, but I did have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. I just don't see myself going again unless there is some type of deal.
