The chicken here is fantastic and sooo fresh! I really enjoyed it I could have handled a bit more heat too but I did get the medium one , I ordered a sandwich meal and the customer service from the workers was fast and polite I will def be back I got so full of this meal it was at a decent price too for how good the food was , the interior is very clean and we'll thought out with art all over the restaurant lots of different tables or seating facing Ford Pkwy and they also had outdoor seating

I went on a promotion day to get the free slider. The employees were slammed, but they were friendly and efficient. The restaurant is spacious with a good amount of seating too. My chicken slider (medium spice-level) was juicy and tasty. It wasn't spicy at all for being medium. The kale slaw was pretty light and refreshing. I would go back to get a slider again.

We aim to impress! Thanks for the 5 stars!
Dave's Hot Chicken is by far the best place to get freaking superb fried chicken that doesn't break the bank. There are a few locations in the Twin Cities, but you're not going to get better customer service at any other one of their restaurants. I was unlucky today and was having a ton of issues with the app, but was able to get insight from Chris, who walked me through the process and got it working for me. I wish the app was better, but I know the restaurant has nothing to do with that. Until they fix it, though, they're ... read more

I had a really great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken! The food was delicious, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were amazing too. The service was also super fast and efficient. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and everything came out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better.

Wow. This is the first time eating Dave's Hot Chicken (from the St. Paul Ford Parkway, Mn location). I don't know why it took this long to try it out, but I'm glad I did! I told my wife and 11 year old daughter today that this was going to be dinner, so text me what they wanted from Dave's Hot Chicken. The wife wanted the two slider (hot) meal with fries, no drink. The daughter wanted the 10 piece bites (mild) with fries and the Powerade slushy. I miss-ordered, this resulting in a large bill. First time error, but s... read more

Boom! Glad you loved it! Thanks for the awesome review!
The chicken here isn't bad at all. I didn't go inside but I would say that most of the food is color more than flavor. Not saying it's bland but the fries and chicken were barely salted. It's forces you to dip your food in the sauce. And they offer honey which is unique. I had the Mild chicken next time I go I'll let you know how the spicy food is! Go check it out though.

Wow, you just made our day! Thanks a bunch for the stellar review. We’re super happy you had such a great time with us!
The chicken itself is fine - I have had medium and hot, and I like them both well enough. Cooked and seasoned well. Crinkle fries are seasoned well, but with similar seasoning at the chicken (imho) so it's a lot of the same flavors at once. Service was fine, did not love the entry setup at this particular location. The self service kiosks clog the in-person ordering line and should have moved over to the right as you walk in the door, instead. Milkshake was really melted down five minutes after receiving it. Overall, fine ex... read more
