TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Great flavor options and very clean interior during my first time trying this place. I ordered the sesame chicken, and I recommend trying their sauce packets. I wasn't crazy about the mac 'n cheese but the orange cream slush was a unique drink to pair with hot chicken.
The food here always hits the spot! We love the service, vibe, and the quality of food! The tenders are always full of flavor and sooo juicy and tender. The service is always great too! Such friendly staff members who are happy to help. We love the variety of hotness levels. They are actually really spicy, which is a good thing! The shakes are sooo good too!
Welllll, my granddaughter insisted on visiting because she watched others talking about it on TikTok and YouTube reels...😂🤣 I have to say, the food was tasty. She ordered the 'hot' as she loves spicy food. Let's just say she will not be ordering that again...lol. It was HOT. She ate about 1/4 of it and did not finish. First time trying out Dave's. It's nice to have a change of pace when choosing chicken sandwiches. Came for lunch and I anticipated to be busy and they were somewhat but we were able to order and sit down immediately. We were given a buzzer to notified when out food would be ready. A coworker recently told me how good the food was, here, and he certainly was not joking! I stopped in, today, and ordered their 1 slider (w/cheese) + 1 tender with fries meal with Dave’s hot seasoning and omg everything was great! Fries were nice and crispy and had plenty of flavor (they came with a cup of dipping sauce that was also quite good!), the chicken was cooked perfectly, the hot seasoning was very flavorful and delicious, and the meal also comes with a few yummy pickle slices.
