Terrible services I had to wait for my launch 30 minutes for chicken bites and fries meal so damn wasted my launch time

Foods decent but place is ran by a bunch of sideways hat wearing unprofessional kids who think it's a place to hang and not a place of feed service, smoking without washing they're hands after and generally unprofessional. Too bad with proper management I would give a better review.

Absolutely disgusting service. Delivery driver claimed someone else had picked up our order or it had been given away to someone else. No customer service from the store available on the phone whatsoever. Waited an hour for no food. My kids went to bed hungry. Thanks Dave's Hot Chicken! Never again. The food is great... but don't even bother ordering delivery.

hate leaving negative reviews but my order is wrong ever time I've come here. woburn Location is better. Friendly staff and orders are always correct and theyre well organized. Can not say the same for Medford. If youre Someone who needs to make modifications expect to get random modifications, nothing of which you asked for.

This place was hopping at 8:30pm but the service was pretty quick. The time from ordering to receiving food was 40 minutes which is ridiculous! The fries: needed more time The chicken: lukewarm but a nice kick. Witnessing staff using cellphones...insane. Unless you have an hour for break and can inhale a, I wouldn't suggest this.
Ordered my food over 30 minutes ago, and I'm still waiting. I would not order Uber eats or Doordash from here because there are drivers that have one order and wait another 20 minutes for a second order. It's a simple menu, and they really can't handle it. Wait a few days, Cane's will be open, and maybe you can get food here that is actually hot.

LOVE Dave's, but I am begging you to put online pickup in accessible place, I just stood there for 15 min waiting for 1 man to have the time to hear my name and hand me my food which was ready before I even got there while a sea of Uber drivers blocked me asking about orders that's weren't ready.
Food is always delicious! But even for a new location, service is insanely slow. The staff physically move slow and don't communicate with each other. They prioritize delivery apps over in house customers. 3rd experience, each time has been a 30 minute + wait for only 2 meals- tried at 4pm, 6pm, and 9:30 pm- every time it's the same. Prob would be faster to drive to the Methuen Dave's!! Management is nowhere to be found and obviously haven't done a good job training their new staff. Sucks for everyone.
