This was our 1st time coming to Dave's Hot Chicken. The service was excellent and efficient! and the food was AMAZING!!!

Alright, so I hit up Dave's Hot Chicken for their cauliflower sandwich, and let me tell you, the drive-thru line on a Saturday was no joke. We're talking an hour-long wait, people were literally bailing from their cars to see if going inside would be quicker - wild! Honestly, the wait was somewhat worth it because the food was fresh and the cauliflower sandwich itself was decent. The food here is great: make no mistake. But the star of my drive-thru trip was definitely the customer service. The young lady who took my order was so pleasant, and she really cared about the work she was doing. I would drive out of my way to come back. P.S: I consider myself pretty spice tolerant, so I just went with hot. Do not be deceived! Hot is still very hot

wow customer service at this location is the best we live closer to the Buford location but JENTRY MAKES ARE VISIT WORTH THE DRIVE always inviting remembered my grandson from are previous visit and always steps out to say hey she deserves a promotion
