Kind of disappointed and never trusting these influencers again. The place was bustling with people at every corner when we went on a Saturday. We ordered the tenders and one slider. The tenders themselves weren't spicy and tasted like seasonings you can find in your spice cabinet, nothing special. The pieces were thick and super juicy though. Been hearing about Dave's Hot Chicken a lot. But never really was in the area to try it. But on our way to the Mall trying to find something to eat and we rolled past it and we said let's give it a try. It being our first time there the service was good the cashier was willing to explain the menu. But she didn't need to we kinda figured it out by reading the menu. I love Dave's Hot Chicken but not this location. It's always really warm & muggy in there & as soon as you walk in the heavy odor of body odor & dried sweat on clothes smell hits you in the face like a ton of bricks. It smells like my high school wrestling room. It's unbearable, we had to eat our food in the car. The food was great but it felt gross eating food from a place that smells that bad. I have been to this location 3 times & each time the smell gets worse.

Whatever you do, do NOT go to this location! I found a bug in my food right when I started eating a piece of chicken. I ended up vomiting and throwing away all of the food that my family had bought. When I called the store, they told me the general manager will give me a call and took my information but they never called. Terrible experience and I will never go to this location again.

I ordered the 2 sliders with fries with no sauce. Sauce was added to it anyways, no problem happens all the time, I tell the young lady and she gets it corrected. As I am enjoying the meal I eat one of the French fries the moment I bite into it to tastes like someone added fecal matter to it or something similar, I instantly spit out the French fry and run to the bathroom to throw up everything I ate. Two additional things. They do not provide water cups here - ridiculous trying to sell me a three dollar bottle of water. Also the cash registers are set up to default to a 15%, 20%, or 25% tip and no option for zero unless you go into custom settings which is a complete set up. Do better Dave's.

Way too unhealthy, Canes has much more affordable meals with half the unhealthy mess. Will not concome back to this establishment.

I have been looking forward to trying this place but I gotta say it was a bit of a let down. First the positives... the customer service was great! The place was clean and the order came out fast. Now to the not so great. The chicken tenders were so messy. The spice rub got all over my hands. Between the mild I got and the medium my daughter got, the tenders looked the same.
