My favorite spicy chicken spot. Chicken has a great spice level to it and flavor. The bun used is very soft as well. The fried portions are large and they are very crispy.
The inside is amazing and decorated nicely and the loaded fries and normal fries are amazing well seasoned and the sauce is amazing it gives it a good taste to the sliders and the fries and the sliders are very good I normally order Hot or medium but in any kind of spice level it's still going to be good I love this place and I'm coming back
Dave's is my new fav fast food American version of chicken. Very flavorful. I recently tried it in MN and got hooked. I was excited to find out that there is Dave's in MD. We also tried the cauli version. Thus is prob the BEST fried cauli you will ever find!! If you like Red rooster, this is similar but I think Dave's is more flavorful, has more kick. Great batter and seasoning. LOVE
Overall, I had a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken. Originally, I wanted to check out another restaurant for a quick breakfast, but that restaurant was packed. Since I was down for breakfast or non-breakfast food, I decided to check out Dave's Hot Chicken which was in the same shopping center because it was pretty empty (probably bc it was 10:30/11 am). Accessible parking, nice staff, easy online ordering and pickup, but the food was underwhelming. It visually looks great but it is missing seasoning, flavor, and heat in the sauce. Unfortunately, I wouldn't order again.
I was HANGRY!!! So, I needed to get a quick bite. I was near this spot and decided to stop here. I had the chicken tender and sliders combo with Kale slaw. Food was okay. Service was fine. The person taking my order was nice and asked if it was my first time. He was patient as I figured out my order. The star of my visit was the decor. It was VIBRANT, colorful, clean, and inviting. Pro: big parking lot, online ordering, delivery app, clean interior. Con: wait time. Wanted to try this restaurant for a while and finally had the chance today. I ordered the 2 tenders with fries and the 2 sliders with fries online. Parking lot is big so no issue finding a parking space. When I arrived it was at the exact estimated time for pick up but it was so busy that my food wasn't ready so I had to wait a bit. We had an incredible experience today for lunch. The restaurant was spotless, customer service incredible and food hot and delicious. I had 2 tenders and Mac and cheese and my husband had mini sliders and Mac and cheese. Food was fresh, flavorful and well seasoned. We both had medium spice level and it was perfection. I had a vanilla shake with toppings for dessert and it was a winner. Thank you to Alfredo and the other incredible staff that greeted us. We will be back, it was a 10 out of 10
Overall good price, good atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean environment. Sliders: 4/5 the chicken in the sandwich is not as big compared to chick fila but it's def healthier tasting and has a better crunch. I got hot for the spice level after reading reviews and people saying the medium was lacking but the hot was not! It was a good amount of spice. I also tried the very hot and if I ate all of that, it probably would have hurt my stomach. Fries: 5/5 good, perfectly crunchy, lightly seasoned.
