Why make it so hard to eat? It's a chicken place...I want to eat Chicken...Can I do that? No. It's literally cheaper to order the chicken straps with the fries that I won't eat and will throw in the trash. I just want 3 strips...and not get ripped off. Alas... I ordered a big honkin' box of ten and will bring the rest home where hopefully someone will eat them. Through inhale been warned that once I ope. The box of ten it's very hard to close it. Great.
Service was good for fast food - very friendly. Bright modern industrial decor. Fries and chicken sliders were delicious.

This is my 2nd visit to a Dave's and the experience was similar both times. First off, the food tastes great. A couple sliders and fries with a 20oz beverage fills you up. The chicken is crispy on the edges and juicy inside and for me the medium sauce hits the spot with a lot of flavor and a good mild heat. Went for the first time the other day & it was not busy at all around 2pm. Had a 6-minute wait after ordering. The only issue that was the music was so loud I could barely hear the guy taking my order. I had got the mild 2 tenders which was sweet but spicy. The guy at the front did help and was such a sweetheart, he was very informative about what sauces they have. This just opened up the street from me. I had the chicken slider with fries. Everything was seasoned so well and the one slider was plenty for lunch! Will be back again!

I recently stopped in to try this new spot in the white oak town center. It was not the best. I got a 10 piece with fries, and it came with pickles and bread. The medium had a nasty flavor , but the fries and pickles were ok. The place was fairly clean. And the service was fast! Everyone was friendly. Didn't enjoy my food.

The only downsides to Dave's hot chicken is the wait is long if you order dine in and the food gives me heart burn lol Otherwise I think it's a great chicken joint to add to the chicken sandwich economy around here. Some days I prefer basic chix sandwiches (chick fil a) some days prefer Nashville style (hangry joes) when I want something seasoned over the top, I come here.
