Man this one hurts. We've been to this Dave's Hot Chicken many times and this is our favorite location. The service has always been amazing and the food, always on point. Unfortunately today we had a rare bad experience at this location. I don't know if they were running low on quality pieces of chicken, but they gave us some of the sorriest pieces of chicken I've ever seen from Dave's. Food is inconsistent and drive thru customer service is abominable. I waited 35 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I had better service on opening day.

The food was not good in my opinion it tasted bland. People overhyped it and I wanted to try it but it was not that great and actually made me sick.

The actual restaurant and service would get 5 stars. It's clean and the menu is easy to read and understand. The employees were all working hard and were friendly, and rather than make me go get my food when it was ready, they were nice to bring it outside. The only negative in this area is that it's very loud inside, but with nice weather we were able to sit outside so it didn't bother us. Nothing special. I had been wanting to try Dave's Hot and/or any hot chicken place for awhile now. I love the Nashville style, but this place disappoints. The bread that comes with the tender is a normal, thin, plain, untoasted piece of white bread. Think basic Wonderbread or Great Value buns. You can make better chicken with Tyson at home. Me and my boyfriend went there, our first time, and we were expecting it to tase good because its alway has long lines and all over my instagram. Its the worst chicken and fries we've tried. Food came out COLD. And we should've checked the food to make sure it was our order but we were too excited to see what all the hype was about. They gave us the wrong order, the fires were too salty. went to try it, place is not ready for orders, seem they don't have there act together, waited for chicken tenders for 25 minutes when I got it was like all the other chicken tenders places, really if you want fast service go elsewhere

Worst service ever.. I paid for 9 cheese sauces at 50 cents a pop and that came about 15 minutes after I got my order which I had to ask them twice the status id my order. When asking for manager he told the cashier it's gonna be a min and never came out! They tried to play games by putting some cheese sauce in a bigger cup but when I told them this doesn't look right, they then just carried on with they service of other people!! Our family of 4 was excited to try this place considering the long lines. We waited 35 minutes for food that was not worth the price. Tasted like dry rub with flavorless dry chicken. Fries also had too much seasoning & the dipping sauce was gross. One of our sliders ordered did not come as a sandwich. Just a chicken strip with a slice of bread & sauce on the side. Paid $56 with no drinks. None of us were impressed & we will not be back.
