The atmosphere of the place is pretty cool & chill (: There's enough seating inside and out. The service was great, Emily was very kind, helpful & had personality to continue conversation and make you feel welcomed! And the chicken sandwiches are bomb & that sauce!

Food is very very good! And they are fast! The only thing that might delay is if you order Mac and cheese. I got my food within about 12 min because they had to make more Mac. The DRIVE THRU is what's slow. If you're in a hurry simply park and go inside. The workers are very nice, place is clean.

Delicious food with fast service, don't use the drive-through. It's a waste of time. Lots of different heat profiles to choose from

Went to try it out to see the hype, the staff were friendly and the inside was clean, but the food was sub-par. I got the Dave's slider in medium spice. The chicken was coated in a dry rub; I was expecting it to be wet in sauce (maybe that would have made it taste better). Despite being coated in dry rub the chicken lacked flavor & heat. I know I got medium so I wasn't expecting anything crazy as far as spice goes, but this tasted like nothing. I haven't been here for a while because of the lack of service, and incorrect orders ALL THE TIME. I ordered 3 kale slaw and only received 1, I ordered 2 tenders and asked for 8 packets, not portion cups of sauce and only received 2. This is stupid that No One, even the managers can get the orders correct. There was only 1 car ahead and maybe 2 or 3 customers inside. Pathetic!!! I just can't comprehend why this restaurant can't get orders made correct. Very upset, AGAIN.

Man this one hurts. We've been to this Dave's Hot Chicken many times and this is our favorite location. The service has always been amazing and the food, always on point. Unfortunately today we had a rare bad experience at this location. I don't know if they were running low on quality pieces of chicken, but they gave us some of the sorriest pieces of chicken I've ever seen from Dave's. Food is inconsistent and drive thru customer service is abominable. I waited 35 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I had better service on opening day.

The food was not good in my opinion it tasted bland. People overhyped it and I wanted to try it but it was not that great and actually made me sick.
