I've seen Dave's Hot Chicken in the Springs and decided to check it out when we were heading back home. I didn't know what to expect, I thought it was just another chicken place. We ordered their hot box sliders and hot box Dave's bites. It was actually a lot for our family of five. It tasted great, especially with their sauce. Forget the long line at Chick-Fil-A, this will be our go-to spot when we're in the mood for chicken!

My boys recently went here without me, so of course it was the BEST hot chicken place ever! I insisted they take me so we went on a Sunday afternoon. I got a mild slider and tender meal and my son got a chicken tender meal with no spice. Hubby is brave so he got medium. Mine had really good flavoring, lots of taste but no heat. I went to Dave's for the first time not knowing what to expect. But when I got there the atmosphere was incredible, the food came out to me fast, and, most importantly, it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
The young lady taking orders was fabulous! Friendly, outgoing and helpful. The boys liked the mini sandwiches but we don't think they put the hot sauce on them. There was no heat on the medium or hot minis. By far, the best was the not chicken which is deep fried cauliflower. Seating is available indoors and outdoors.
Got there and there was a line but it was not a long wait and I had plenty of time to look at the menu. I ordered and the workers were friendly. I got my food fast and it was very hot lol I had only been here one other time but in a different location and it was just as good as I remember. Definitely a stand out restaurant and I definitely want to come back!

First time trying out Dave's Hot Chicken. It captures your attention with their recognizable signage and cool interior paintings customized for Highlands Ranch. I was afraid this would be another overpriced "fast casual" chicken sandwich place.
