Brianne the cashier was very helpful. I ordered online and was unable to add a shake to my order due to technical difficulties and when I told her she fixed the issue right away without hesitation. The food is always amazing here but what really sets this place apart from other hot chicken places is the customer service.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered to go. My son got the two-tender meal, and I ordered the two-slider meal both mild. The chicken was well cooked, flavorful, and not too spicy for our taste. The service was good; the young man who took our order was friendly and polite. They play music, but it's not too loud, and we enjoyed it. It's a great little spot to grab lunch if you're in the Esplanade, and there's outdoor seating available if you prefer.
