Dave's HC is always consistent with their customer service and their food. It's always delicious and the environment is always great. Everything is so clean and the perfect to just relax and enjoy your meal Janae is always amazing and takes care of you
the best chicken sandwich in the game. not only was the food phenomenal, but the service was on point. john is an exceptional manager, and created a memorable atmosphere. i will definitely be returning.

This was our first time ever eating here. My husband & i came here on 6 APR with our 2 small kids, & the power unfortunately went out due to severe thunderstorm & only received one order for a minute, however, one of the employees offered our daughter a slushee & my husband a milkshake free of charge for the inconvenience. I'm not a fan of the food personally, it is as advertised, & there was nothing wrong with it, BUT the customer service is hands downs some of the best we've received in the last few years.

The hot chicken was awesome. There was a long line but service was overall good. That Mac and cheese is a crime though. They should be ashamed to sell that mess. Even KFC does it better. It was some overpriced, unseasoned, plain-as noodle stuff they sold us for like 6$. Grab the chicken from here but don't waste money on the Mac and cheese. They need to fix that

If you haven't tried Dave's Chicken yet, you're seriously missing out! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor--whether you go for mild or full heat. The sides are just as good, and the service is always on point. If you love great chicken, this is the spot to hit! Highly recommend!

Fries were pretty good but not worth the hype everyone put on it. The line and wait was not too bad but you will wait even if there is no one barely there. It is not an actual sauce on the chicken more like a powder seasoning. I wasn't a fan but may try again when they aren't so new to the area

I've tried Dave's before in the Virginia area and wasn't impressed. I decided to give it another try. I was on my way out of Columbus, Ga with family and we stopped for a bite. I live in Columbus. Dave's had been open in Columbus for several months but I had not been yet. This time I decided to try the bites. I had the tenders before. I skipped the heat altogether and I don't regret it. It's fairly not new new anymore but as soon as the doors opened I was the fifth person in line. Upon entering the ambiance is nice and inviting. Tables were neat and clean as expected again they JUST opened. I got #4 but the cauliflower sandwich and I ordered the chicken bites just to say I had the chicken. Now hands down that was a delicious crispy juicy but not fully soft still has chew in the middle I don't believe the chicken sandwich hitting on that cauliflower.
