I live in the land of hot chicken, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hot chicken. I have eaten here a couple of times, and the food quality the first time was near perfect. You don't want to show up here hungry though, because it is not fast food. The first time we waited about 30 minutes - the second time about 45 minutes. Wasn't that great honestly. Didn't like all the breading and wasn't fresh it seemed. Just felt it could have been better

The woman that I had at the cash register (didn't get a name but she had pink hair) was the nicest and most welcoming person I've ever had a fast food place like this!
