Ridiculously overpriced and extremely slow. They prioritize online orders so if you order at the counter, you're waiting for 30 minutes when it's not even busy. The dining area was full but no one had food. It's a simple fast food establishment and they expect you to tip the counter person typing in your order. Never going back. It was clean and the woman that took our order was nice. That's the only reason they got two stars.

Rude employees, chef told cashier to lock the door at 8:50pm so they could "take a break" when there's people pulling on the door handles to get inside the restaurant. Where i then waited 30+ minutes for my order which usually comes out in about 5 even when it's busy. A family who came in after us got their food before us and when my husband walked over our food was just sitting on the counter. Absolute fucking joke of a staff member and restaurant. I wanted to like this so bad... chicken was overly salty. I couldn't even eat it. I considered drowning the chicken in ranch, but they don't have any. The fries were decent. Pickles good. Staff excellent!

I went here today with some friends and I have to say it is quite the disappointment, the fries are good but the chicken is what matters and it wasn't good. It has a hint of a sweetness and that's it, not savory or anything no seasoning and it wasn't really the spice level I wanted. Overall, the chicken tastes bad, the fries and sauce are just like Zaxby's so just go to Zaxby's.
