Fast and friendly service, with staff always attentive to customer needs. I really enjoy the delicious, freshly prepared food, and the cozy, inviting ambiance creates a perfect dining atmosphere.
I came here for the first time with my son. I didn't know what to expect as I have never been here. I let the girl at the counter know it was my first time and she wasn't helpful at all. No suggestions. Didn't explain anything so I just ordered. I got a chicken sandwich and my son got tenders. We felt like we didn't get the right experience because they give you honey and their signature sauce which I didn't know came with the meal. I had a great experience at Dave's. One of the workers, I think his name was Riley, was so kind and was on top of it! My order was complicated, but he made it feel easy and was happy to help with a smile!

Tried today 2/28/26. It was ok. Wasn't bad. Mac n cheese was a bit watery. Fries were ok. Sauce was good. Not sure I'll come back

I love this place! My son and I have made this one of our new fav places. Atmosphere inside is always nice food is ready in a timely manner and is always hot and fresh!

Tried the 20 shakes of reaper and 20 shakes of "hot" and ended up having capsaicin cramps for the next 6 hours, 10/10 . Will never try that again but nice to know it's survivable. Extra Hot is really the way to go if you want flavor and uncomfortable heat but if you want pure pain with some sweetness, they got you covered. Absolutely the hottest single item I've eaten in Reno
