NEEDS AN ADULT Me and my girl friend ordered two orders of top loaded fries and waited 25 minutes before receiving the order whilst the store is damn near dead. We didn't see a single adult on staff in our 30 minutes no here and think that the service could be greatly improved with the presence of an employee well out of high school. The Vibe is unprofessional and service takes unreasonably long. Edit: I asked for sauce on the side instead of on the fries because I was getting it to go and they forgot the sauce. Pitiful

Reno can ruin anything! Been to Daves a bunch in Vegas and it's always been awesome. Been twice to the new one here and the chicken is lukewarm obviously not fresh. P.S. my daughter went there two days ago and also got food that was not hot despite it being extremely busy.

the cheese taste like off brand nacho cheese mixed with plastic to much cajin seasoning nothing like the picture don't even know what I got

Ive never had a bad experience eating out until I came here. the wait time was fine for how packed it was, but the fries were bland, the chicken was dry yet wet at the same time, not a good combo, and i even threw up when I got home. the cashiers were nice, but one of the managers, I think Auggie, had a bitchy attitude when I tried to ask something, and I heard her tell one of the employees that they Looked happy because they normally looked depressed!
