Went to Dave's Hot Chicken soft opening in Kissimmee FL today. You would think that it would be chaotic on the first day of opening but everything was great! One of the managers was very nice and talked with us and made sure we had everything. It was so cool on the inside with it open to outside. They were busy of course but everyone working was on top of things and got our food quickly with no issues! Got the slider (extra hot), tender(hot) and fries. It was all so good! Will be going back! :)

Great service, lots of parking nearby and chicken that is actually served up hot and spicy (if you want it spicy). I have heard the hype of "Dave's Hot Chicken," and now I get it. Juicy tenders that are served with genuine kick and spice - I loved it. The Top-Loaded Milkshakes are simply, in a good way. Creamy ice cream abd good toppings. They are especially good if you get an extra spicy meal. I will be back.

Residents of celebration are very excited of the opening of this franchise on Friday March 6. When you download the app you get a free fountain drink. Can't wait to try it out.

Went after visiting disney. Reason i just mentioned that is because it was close to 11 when we got to Daves. Still an hour before they close. I ordered at kiosk (one order of mild and one of hot). First thing, the 2 guys at the counter (one with the nose piercing, and the second guy, both not the most welcoming, and considering they work in customer service, maybe they need some training). Placed order at 11:11 online. Arrived at 11:22. Currently 11:44, waiting here without food. They are not able to handle the large volume of orders!! Consistently not ready at time shown online and I've waited 30+ minutes other times. Dave's can have the best tenders so it's a shame that they aren't able to keep up here at this busy Kissimmee spot! I ordered from here on Uber Eats and waited 2 HOURS for my food and it was never delivered because the restaurant either failed to notice and complete the Uber Eats order or they simply refused to. I don't know what the issue was but I never got my food and multiple Uber Eats drivers went to the restaurant to try to get my food and none of them were able to get it.

Food was good but service terrible. Waited almost 45 minutes for fast food and even when it came out the guy behind the counter was clueless and didn't even get it right. Also, everyone in kitchen sitting around and on their phones.

Literally the two black girls that are working in the front and those little Spanish kid that's working in the front. They have no customer service skills at all. They totally ignore people and they're literally just talking crap there. I would not recommend coming to this restaurant. they suck and I've been to a lot of Dave's hot chickens around the world or around the US and the customer service that we get here in Kissimmee Florida is horrible.

Worse service ever! Took 45 minutes to get my food and the workers are high as can be. I can't even bite in my fries because they are over cooked. I love Dave's hot chicken but it is never a good experience here... do better Dave!
