I went in to try out the new location yesterday and was greeted with horrible service from the woman up front. The cashier was openly crying at the register, constantly on her phone, and extremely rude to customers. Instead of providing any kind of service, she was short, dismissive, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Not worth the hype. The amount of chicken that came with the 10 piece and fries was atrocious. The food is very basic especially the mac n cheese. Could not tell the difference between mild and medium spice level. The items are over priced for the quality that customers receive. The only bright spot are the staff and the cleanliness of the business.

I thought, hey, maybe Dave's Hot Chicken just had an off day last time. Nope -- turns out "off day" is their permanent business model. They managed to completely lose my order, then made me wait over 30 minutes for... wait for it... a small top-loaded fries. Impressive, really -- it takes real talent to mess up something that simple. When I told the manager, she reacted with all the enthusiasm of a houseplant. The food is pretty good, but I don't understand how they don't have large cups. I ordered a large drink for roughly $4 extra, but they gave me a small cup, saying that a 'large' refers to the amount of boba. It's very misleading, especially since the menu shows different cup sizes.

The girl w the headband handing out the food is very selective w her customer service. Only nice to SOME customers. I come in here at least once a week for lunch and she is rude to me everytime. Never asks me if I want extra sauce and when I get to the counter to get my food she turns her back and is rude asf. I won't be back she ruins it for me every time. I see her ask others if they need anything else but when I come she's rude asf.

First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and the bread that came with my order had mold on it. Ew, how disgusting. Can't imagine what conditions they operate there if they have food that's gone bad.

Probably won't be back again. My brother and I spent $61 on just the two of us and we both were still hungry afterwards. The food tasted good but $30 a person just to still be hungry afterwards is not worth it at all. Much better options out there for your $$$

Automatic 1 star just because my chicken slider was severely undercooked...like raw. We went back inside and Vero was really nice about it and apologized, offered a refund, and to remake the order. We ultimately decided to just get a refund and eat elsewhere.

Por customer service they only gave us half our order we had to come back and when we spoke with Vero I mentioned that now that rest of our food is cold and we had to make another trip. she said that they try calling us. but that's not true. Other than that the food is great and so is that ambiance.
