Would not recommend to anyone I tried reaching out and was given an email address. Mind u there's no email address on the app so I had no choice but to use the QR code on the receipt. Oh and the cups are the worst they are paper and taste like grease and I literally had to ask for the cups because "they only give them out as requested" like what do u mean?? I tried the boneless bite flight. It wasn't good. Definitely had my mouth on fire. I wouldn't get it again. We waited over 20 minutes for our food which is terrible for "fast food". The restaurant was not clean. The soda machine was leaking tons of water all over the floor & no one seemed to care...just walked right on through. My kids liked their food but only 1 of 3 of them said they'd go back.

The positives are I loved the coleslaw and fries. The negative is I didn't like the sandwich at all. The meat had way too much powder on it. I honestly don't know what the hype is about. The inside definitely needs to be cleaned but I'm giving them a pass since it's always packed so they barely have time to clean the tables. The service can be better as well. The workers look over it.

I just got the Dave's X Fallout Survival Pack with the buffalo sauce, and it was super disappointing. My chicken was sad and soggy, and I didn't even get my Stimpack. There was no special packaging for the meal, and the second order of "Dave's Hot Honey" was literally just microwaved, lukewarm honey. The only thing it had going for it was that it was crispy--unlike my buffalo chicken.

Ordered a 10 piece boneless wings meal with fries. Drink was not included. Asked for a water glass, the lady hands me an open no lid 9oz plastic cup you'd get at a wedding. Had to refill it twice. She asked me if I'd like a ketchup or sauces, I replied, ranch, she said "oh it's an up charge". The hotter the chicken the more powder it gets. It had a lot of potential don't get me wrong the chicken was well cooked and juicy but the powder threw the whole taste off. It's a little weird how the bread doesn't come cooked, it's just doesn't balance out the texture. The fries didn't taste like anything, it was a mix of floppy and crunchy fries with no flavor. And the mayo sauce? Nothing outrageous. Nothing but mayo. What are they even known for?

TLDR: cleanliness bad, food ok. My biggest issue here is cleanliness. There was trash on the ground, the tables/chairs were filthy. Napkins were not available, so we just had to deal with it. Most of the staff we saw didn't seem to really care. The health department score was 80, which was not surprising. first the parking was crowded took about 3 minutes to find a spot, the line to order was not that long very kind workers. I got a number 3 one chicken tender and a slider(spice level was hot) the wait time took about 15 minutes and costed 30 dollars but they do give you a lot of food for the cost but the main thing I hated was the seasoning. I don't know why it just pmo it tasted like shit and it stinks. In conclusion try any other chicken place ts pmo
