It's ok. I see why people might love it. I am not into mayo anything and the Dave's sauce, coleslaw, etc to make the sandwich is all mayo based. There is just Dave's sauce and honey. There are no other options like honey mustard, etc. I got the sandwich with the pickles only. The chicken is good, but pricey for takeout and not crave worthy for me. Service is the typical GenZ blank stare service and we waited about 25 mins for our order.

The reason for the popularity of this place in my opinion is strange considering it's a chicken tender shop and again, in my opinion, the amount of what they have in terms of what they offer based on price is very bloated. SO let's get into it. 1. The parking situation is very limited if you want to park close to the place. They share a small lot between 7-8 business from Starbucks with it's drive-thru traffic all the way down to Five Guys so you'll have to do some circling and hovering. 2. Space. Line out the door still only one register open, tables filthy, no manager in sight, extremely disappointed. This place is run by kids and it shows. Hopefully the food is worth it.

The wait for a party of 2 was 25-30 minutes. People standing around and no one with food. One order called every 10 minutes. Way overpriced! The chicken tenders were COATED so heavily in a dry rub that I found them inedible. Fries could have been in the frier a couple more minutes for my liking. Not a fan of all that seasoning on them as well. Sadly the best thing in there was a cold Diet Coke on a hot day.

Food is great but takes forever for the food to come out. Had to wait about 40 minutes for 2 meals to come out.

I had a terrible experience at Dave's Hot Chicken. The service was slow, the chicken was dry and overly spicy without real flavor, and the fries were soggy. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out too long. The place wasn't clean either -- dirty tables and overflowing trash. Definitely not coming back.

Pretty fucking goated. Best chicken in the world. I really enjoyed the customer service, very helpful and fast paced.

This location opened a few weeks ago. Went in on Monday evening. Moderate line out the door. Waited 20 minutes to place my order. Lots of people waiting for their orders in the lobby. Very slow employees. Everyone seemed to be in slow motion. No sense of purpose or direction. Sloppy floors, overrun trash cans, out of most fountain drinks, locked restrooms, out of condiments. An hour and 15 minutes to get my two sliders! Out of pickles!! Dave's? Not hot!
