Great people, great food. I live out of the area and discovered this franchise just recently. Took it home to family because it was so good and they loved it.

This was my second-ever trip to a Dave's. The first was in NJ. Yesterday we went to this Rochester NY location. Amazingly consistent and fantastic food. It's simply the best fast-casual chicken on the planet. Three tenders and a side is more than plenty for big eaters (like me and my boys). They get fries, I love the kale slaw. Sooo good. I was super excited to try this place. They have lots of cauliflower options, and as a vegetarian, I really appreciate that. They used to only be in Henrietta, so I was thrilled when I saw this location was coming! My husband was nearby, so he ordered and brought it home. Very tasty chicken slider (spiced medium) that comes with an excellent slaw, special sauce and pickles...producing a very satisfying crunch! Seasoned fries rounded out the meal (total $10). Very friendly counter help. We will definitely be back?
Went to Dave's Hot Chicken. Loved the experience. It is decorated to celebrate Irondequoit, and Rochester which I thought was super cool. The employees were very nice, they introduced themselves to us at the counter, asked us if we had been there before. When we said no, they took their time to explain their menu.
