Walked in and was greeted with a smiling face named Chloe. She greeted us and gave us her name and said if we need anything to ask her ! She helped us get our ticket, and gave us our drink. While waiting for our food, i noticed she greeted every person who walk in the door amd said good bye to every person leaving! An amazing worker and very professional! Super clean environment and friendly as ever! I had a car accident in the parking lot and they pulled the footage for me and made sure I was okay! Shout out to Tae for helping me choose something on the menu and showing me everyone can eat at Dave's!

Ordered takeout and the food was Really good! We had DAVE'S #3: 1 TENDER & 1 SLIDER W/ FRIES combo meal. I enjoy spicy food like hot buffalo wings, etc, but after reading reviews the hot sounded pretty hot with people sweating, eyes tearing up, etc. So I ordered the Medium spice level, which was perfect. It definitely had lots of spicy flavor without killing your taste buds. We also tried the Saucy Bites with Mikes Hot Honey and the sweet heat was very good. We finally made it to Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time and let me tell you, we were not disappointed! We actually took my son for his birthday and he brought along his girlfriend so we all tried out the chicken for the first time together! I got mild, she got the "hot chicken" and the birthday boy got "medium"! He wanted to see how hot hers was compared to his and started sweating, it was too funny! The food was immaculate, the service super friendly and inviting, who helped me on my visit to Daves hot chicken in Springfield was Lexi and Antonio. Very clean establishment looks great on the inside the Ambiance of the Dave's hot chicken was magnificent !
I first encountered this chicken in Florida. This chicken is amazingly spicy and flavorful. I give it five stars. This is everything I love about hot chicken.
Food was nothing special. Not cheap. Good music so loud that normal conversation was not possible. Service was pleasant, but really curious what the constant parade of employees to the restroom was about? One person rest rooms with plenty of downtime waiting for the employees to vacate.
