whoever the manager is started off with an attitude and left with one. It's stinking of no leadership. as far as Dave's Hot go this is like 3rd or 4th location i've been to and food was alright not the best Dave's hot i've had. But I will say it was one of the best interior i've seen.

Had to wait 18 minutes for my order. 8/16/25 @ 5:15pm. Was the only person on line when order placed. Asked for my order to be just the chicken & bun - specifically asked for it to be plain- no cheese , no sauce - nothing on it !! Did not get it that way !! Order was corrected , but how hard is it to understand the phrase "Just Plain" ?

Reply to business owner's response: Brett, I appreciate you responding, but I got the same response from a review I put on Google, and when I went to the website you referenced, I just got a fairly generic reply. Understand, I'm not asking for my meal to be comped or any coupons or anything like that. What I would really like to know is, did I get chicken that was prepared incorrectly, or is this how Dave's Hot Chicken is supposed to be prepared? Service and staff are amazing but the food just isn't worth the hype... I thought it would be better but it's bland and dry. Really disappointed
