Never had an issue with Daves, before today. Went down here to get some bites and cheese fries. 3 things.... 1. No silverware. How are you supposed to eat cheese fries and bites without a fork. I mean, its doable, sure, but unless you want to caveman it with your hands, a fork comes in handy. 2. 9 bites. I know its a small complaint, but its 10 bites in the order, and I only got 9. 3. Deshawn is THAT guy at Dave's Hot Chicken Absolute top-tier customer service. Super friendly, high energy, and made the whole experience 10x better. He knew the menu, gave fire recommendations, and kept things moving even when it was busy. You can tell he actually cares about customers, which is rare these days. Food was already amazing, but Deshawn's service took it to another level. If you come here and Deshawn helps you, you're in good hands

Chicken is nice and crunchy. I like spicy but I sure was glad I ordered mild. It had plenty of heat on its own. Dave's sauce was good on the chicken as well as the fries.

Excellent Customer service, always. The staff always greets you with a smile as you walk in. The food is always served hot and fresh. Huge, juicy and tasty chicken pieces. Fries nice and hot. Restrooms are always cleaned as well.

Second trip was perfect! The gentleman who took our order was very friendly and the food was fantastic. Fair warning, I went with the extra hot level and it was fiery! Not too much but definitely fiery. We will be back!

I'm a big fan of fried chicken, but unfortunately this one was overly seasoned. I ordered the Dave's #3, and the amount of seasoning was so excessive that my hands looked like I'd been eating Cheetos. My mouth actually hurt after eating it. That said, the chicken itself was juicy and came in generous portions, and the customer service was good.

If you're from Nashville or just craving Nashville chicken. You can't get any closer than this place. I'd say this is the only spot in az with actual Nashville chicken. I used to drive 40 minutes to the one on bell road an 7 street. I can tell all the reviews have never had actual Nashville chicken because if they had it'll all be 5 stars. 10/10
