Tried this new location on their opening day. And It was good! Love their hot and extra hot level. It is a little acidic but that's how I personally like my spciy! Pretty similar to what you get from the other locations. The staff was busy but super friendly too!

This place was big fat NO from me! Let me start off by saying I've heard many mixed reviews but I like to be my own judge. Anyway, I order a #1 lite mild cause I heard the spice level can be misleading and I wanted to be able to enjoy my food along with cheese fries. I heard good things about this chicken. Decided to try it. Very very disappointed. There are four levels of spice, I think. I being a WUSS ordered the LIGHT MILD two pieces with fries. Took it home. Thank God I only ordered the light mild. WOW!!! As many of you know I'm a grilling caterer have been for 35 years. If I was to serve my customers what this place served m me I quit the business. The service was decent, it was an online order with a teenager working the counter nothing to really comment on. The food on the other hand had both my husband & I in the ER for food poisoning & we both came back with e-coli, I'm not sure if the chicken was undercooked or if something got cross contaminated but from a big company like this I expected to not worry about food poisoning.

Immediate no for me. I rolled up to Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time, not expecting a lot on the menu but hoping for a reasonable bite. Prices felt a bit steep, but I figured I'd judge after a test run. I ordered a #2 (two sliders, fries and a shake) and I asked them to hold the pickles for $18. Sat in the drive thru for over 45 mins with only about 10 cars in front of us. While in the painfully slow line, watched two workers hang out with the car behind us for over 20 mins. Could have used there help in the restaurant the way this line was crawling. We will never go back in there is any sort of line. I would not consider this fast food.

Way Overpriced for what you get, which was some dry, underseasoned chicken tenders and mediocre fries. Also a painfully slow drive thru
