@brett I did submit feedback to dhcfeesback.com but never heard back from anyone I even left my phone number and email. Dave's RAW chicken...I have been waiting for corporate or the store manager to contact me regarding our experience but no one has. Hopefully this will save someone some trouble. I've never been to a Dave's Hot Chicken and was excited to try it. We walked in and it smelled so horrible, like rancid meat. We turned around and left as the smell was that horrible and I was scared we would get sick.

1st time visit in Drive thru, I asked for no pickles and no slaw unfortunately when I arrived home looking to enjoy there were pickles and slaw on my sliders, sounds silly but I don't like slaw or pickles. This is a one and done visit!

Never been before and wanted to give it a try. I ordered a 2 piece tender combo (not hot flavor) comes with fries, sauce, pickles and 2 pieces of store bought white bread lol. I'm not a huge fan of plain white bread on the side. Would of been better if it had at least been toasted with butter or something. The chicken was decent size but chewy and tough. Fries were good. But for almost $16....I tried it and can move on.

I was visiting Chandler tonight and there are so many food places to eat here, but I've been wanting to try Dave's for a while so I thought why not. It was super disappointing. Drinks aren't included okay, but I ordered a slider and fries which took about 20 minutes and once I got it wow I was disappointed. This place was big fat NO from me! Let me start off by saying I've heard many mixed reviews but I like to be my own judge. Anyway, I order a #1 lite mild cause I heard the spice level can be misleading and I wanted to be able to enjoy my food along with cheese fries. I heard good things about this chicken. Decided to try it. Very very disappointed. There are four levels of spice, I think. I being a WUSS ordered the LIGHT MILD two pieces with fries. Took it home. Thank God I only ordered the light mild. WOW!!! As many of you know I'm a grilling caterer have been for 35 years. If I was to serve my customers what this place served m me I quit the business. The service was decent, it was an online order with a teenager working the counter nothing to really comment on. The food on the other hand had both my husband & I in the ER for food poisoning & we both came back with e-coli, I'm not sure if the chicken was undercooked or if something got cross contaminated but from a big company like this I expected to not worry about food poisoning.
