Tried this new location on their opening day. And It was good! Love their hot and extra hot level. It is a little acidic but that's how I personally like my spciy! Pretty similar to what you get from the other locations. The staff was busy but super friendly too!

We gave this place another chance a little while ago. It was the same thing, employee taking our order acting like we are bothering him, lukewarm food, and just not worth the hassle. I even told the guy that last time we had issues but decided to give another chance. No acknowledgment. Also, I never heard back from dhcfeedback.com so I'm not sure what the point is of telling customers to go there. Oh well, not impressed. For the same money I can go sit down at nice restaurant.

Terrible service. Ordered 10 minutes ahead online and still waited another 20 mins in drive thru. They simply aren't staffed to accommodate this location. Eat here if you got time to wait in line!

About 3 nights ago I ordered two number 4 meals, clearly repeating my request multiple times. The man on the intercom confirmed that I would receive two number 4s, with one being cauliflower. Despite my explicit request not to include a number 1, I received a number 1 and a number 4 instead. The staff appeared slow, as they were primarily engaged in talking and flirting with each other. I don't often patron fast food restaurants so maybe I'm just not used to rude workers. No one was in line inside so rather than use the kiosk we ordered at the counter and asked some simple questions that were all met with sarcastic responses. @brett I did submit feedback to dhcfeesback.com but never heard back from anyone I even left my phone number and email. Dave's RAW chicken...I have been waiting for corporate or the store manager to contact me regarding our experience but no one has. Hopefully this will save someone some trouble. The other 1 star reviews are right. The chicken is perfume-y and the fries are not standout-ish in any way. The meals do not come with a drink. I've never been to a Dave's Hot Chicken and was excited to try it. We walked in and it smelled so horrible, like rancid meat. We turned around and left as the smell was that horrible and I was scared we would get sick.

1st time visit in Drive thru, I asked for no pickles and no slaw unfortunately when I arrived home looking to enjoy there were pickles and slaw on my sliders, sounds silly but I don't like slaw or pickles. This is a one and done visit!
