Dave's Hot Chicken is pretty good overall, but it's not something I'd get every single day. The chicken is definitely fresh and crispy, and you can tell they season it really well. The cool thing is you get to pick your spice level -- but be careful, because their "hot" is actually HOT

love the atmosphere and staff so helpful and pleasant and so helpful, cashier was very knowledgeable about the menu and the spice levels. food was amazing and flavorful

If that's what you like ok, I'm not a fan. I had the Mac & cheese fries, blahhhh. Maybe 10 pieces of macaroni and 8 chicken bites then the rest was French fries. Service was ok and the ambience is fun.

The reason I gave it 5. Stars is that the chicken is amazing the best chicken I've ever eaten, and the art on the wall the creativity is amazing too so cool KEEP IT UP

Thanks to the big red sign and the colorful picture painted outside I had no problems finding this this restaurant. The restaurant stand at a corner of a plaza with plenty of parking spaces. It is spacious inside with some outdoor sitting. It was cool inside. The inside is painted with bright colors. I liked the huge welcome sign painted at the wall. They don't do too many things but they do it well. Chicken sliders and chicken tenders. Good flavor and done well. Crispy and juicy too. Fries were very good and so was the Mac and cheese and cole slaw. All the staff was very helpful and attentive. Don't let the name scare you . Choices are from no hot spice at all to Reaper Hot.

Food was really great, tasty, flavorful. Definitely get the 2 slider meal, 1 is not enough, you'll want more! It is also just 1 tender on a bun so 2 is the way to go. Will definitely go back!

So glad to see Dave's has opened in Pompano Beach! We have tried them at another location and were anxiously waiting to try this one. A friendly greeting as we entered and placed our orders. A two piece combination, no spice, and a one piece tender with "mild" spice just to try. The chicken here is consistently GREAT! Cooked to order, tender and delicious! The "mild spice" was SPICY! (I grow bird peppers as well as ghost and Carolina Reaper)
