Was not impressed and im originally from California so I wanted to try the hype. Canes is still the reigning champ for me. It was a disappointment of chicken. The rubs are heavily salty and really rough to eat and portion sizes were small comparatively. For me its a one and done,

The ambience is not very good, especially if you're a senior citizen it's difficult to sit on metal high top chairs with no backs. It is an expensive fast food chicken place out of Los Angeles, California originally. My husband and I each ordered the two chicken strip meal, which meant we got two chicken strips and seasoned fries And a stack of dill pickle slices next to it. The pickles were good. Couldn't pay me to go back. Nearly $30 for chicken tenders and a small portion of french fries is an outrageous. It would've been $50 if we would've gotten drinks and a $8 milkshake (which I heard aren't that good either)!! Expect to wait at least 20 minutes to get your food too. Service was eh. Not surprised that the restaurant was so empty. Overpriced chicken tenders and they charge for ranch lol. $50 for 2, there are SOOOO many better options nearby.

Food was a little pricey. It was not bad but u can get better chicken elsewhere. The bathrooms were so dirty. Vomit everywhere. Had to throw my shoes away and turned my appetite. The employees didn't care. I will not be returning. Unacceptable hygiene. And the employees were just laughing and chatting making it awkward to order

I ordered two meals to go, loaded fries and sliders with a slushy that was supposed to have fruit popping boba. My listed ready time was 5:19, I didn't receive my food until 5:40 and my order was incorrect and had to be sent back, I got bites instead of sliders and no popping boba in my slushy. Several customers came in while I was waiting and they all received their food before me. The manager and staff all seem to be incompetent, needless to say I won't be returning to this location

Within 24 hours I visited twice in search of the famous Daves milkshake. First visit was at 10pm on Wednesday and the machine was "not working" and the next visit was Thursday at 8pm and the milkshake was more like Milk with Oreos in it. fortunately, we're only in Pompano on vacation and will not have to visit this one again. The service only overshadows so much.

Be careful with wait times. I thought it'd be quick since all they sell is chicken and fries. I was wrong, sadly. I ordered chicken tenders and fries, their first combo. It took 30 minutes to come out. Maybe it's because they are new.
