Basically the most basic word I can use to describe what I ate here was just so delicious! I've never heard of this place and didn't know any history about it but my husband wanted me to try it. This was my first time eating here and it was delicious. I ordered ahead online and though I came ~5 min earlier than the scheduled pickup time, my food was ready at the counter. It was very busy inside with a line and the decor is colorful. The food was great, it reminds me of other fast food chicken but with more seasoning. I don't eat spicy usually and tried the sliders with no and lite spice. Next time, I will definitely start with the mild!

We decided to try Dave's Hot Chicken after the district manager of Noodles & Company told us he loved Dave's Hot Chicken when it was in that East Hollywood, California parking lot and ate there all the time. Unfortunately, we didn't have the same opinion when it came the one in Oakley, Ohio. The first thing I noticed was how loud the music was. Chicken was dry , didn't know the "sauce" was a dry rub . Flavor was good but for the price I think there is better. Service was okay couldn't really hear the guy taking our order as it was so loud in there . Experience would have been better if the music wasn't so loud .

This review is a little late but I did go here the first week that is was opened. Pretty impressed with the fast service considering it was busy and during lunch time. The vibe I would describe in this restaurant is cranked up a level from Canes. I am talking about the inside of the restaurant and food itself.
