The chicken was tender and juicy. I ordered the tenders- hot.... No. Never again. That "Hot" needs "freakin HOT" as the name. My eyes were watering. They have a kiosk you can order from which is convenient. The place was clean and gives a teen hangout vibe. Will return for mild tenders

Food is incredible, likely the best chicken I've ever had. The seasoning is out of this world. The service isn't the BEST service in the world but it's FAST FOOD, not a 5-star sit down dining experience. Employees have been very nice, despite the insane demands placed upon them by just how popular this place is. It's crazy how tone-deaf the boomers on yelp are. I really like the food, but the business doesn't seem to run well. You never know how long it might take to get your food or place an order. Sometimes it is quick other times it is disappointing.

I went in today as of writing my review sliders no slaw there was slaw on them chicken was good fries were cold good drink selection couldn't find place to sit so had to go home

This was a neat place. The place was packed at lunch time. We almost couldn't find a table to sit down at. They handed me one of the buzzers after I ordered. The girl I was with had her buzzer go off, and I thought I would be soon after. Several minutes passed and I was getting worried about my food. I walked up to the counter and I realized one of the girls had been calling an order number. I hadn't thought about checking the receipt because I had a buzzer and I've never not have a buzzer work. We were very excited to try this place, but we found the food to be terrible. It's just chicken fingers coated and sauce. The service was horrible. There were teenagers working there and they seem to be way more interested in talking to each other and their friends that came in the restaurant then attending to customers that were waiting to order or waiting on orders that they'd already put in. This was a one and done place for us!

The only positive was the cashier that ACTUALLY took our order. Even before we got to the register, the guy cashiering was very loudly cussing and yelling at the other employees about how he so badly needed to get off the register because he got off in 3 minutes, at 5pm (Aug 24). When we got to the register, he just walked away and began cussing and yelling at the 5 or so other employees who were behind the soda machine area just standing there. I wanted to try this place I'd heard so much about it. First the staff was great they were friendly and helpful! Love the bright interior an cool upbeat vibe. It was busy! We went to try Dave's hot chicken to see what all the hype was about. Ordered hot chicken bites with fries and medium mini sliders with fries. Having owned a restaurant for 10 years I really know food quality and preparation techniques. Also did I mention I love Nashville Hot Chicken. This food was repulsive. The chicken is chopped and formed which is a mid to low level of quality. Essentially that means they took the less desirable parts of the chicken and formed them into a form.
