I wanted to try this place I'd heard so much about it. First the staff was great they were friendly and helpful! Love the bright interior an cool upbeat vibe. It was busy! They have the good ice! lol I got a water cup full before I left to crunch on. The chicken was very moist and you could tell they marinated in hot sauce good flavor. I got mine with no spice so I really could check out how good the chicken really was. I did order my fries no salt. They do. We went to try Dave's hot chicken to see what all the hype was about. Ordered hot chicken bites with fries and medium mini sliders with fries. Having owned a restaurant for 10 years I really know food quality and preparation techniques. Also did I mention I love Nashville Hot Chicken. This food was repulsive. The chicken is chopped and formed which is a mid to low level of quality. Essentially that means they took the less desirable parts of the chicken and formed them into a form.
