I really like the food, but the business doesn't seem to run well. You never know how long it might take to get your food or place an order. Sometimes it is quick other times it is disappointing.

I went in today as of writing my review sliders no slaw there was slaw on them chicken was good fries were cold good drink selection couldn't find place to sit so had to go home

This was a neat place. The place was packed at lunch time. We almost couldn't find a table to sit down at. They handed me one of the buzzers after I ordered. The girl I was with had her buzzer go off, and I thought I would be soon after. Several minutes passed and I was getting worried about my food. I walked up to the counter and I realized one of the girls had been calling an order number. I hadn't thought about checking the receipt because I had a buzzer and I've never not have a buzzer work. I am very disappointed in the fact that you changed the sandwiches from sandwiches to sliders. Do you really think that we can't tell the difference between the two and charging us the same price i am never ever going back to Dave's Hot Chicken this is a rip off. and i am telling all of my family and friend to stay away or you'll get ripped off big time. Stay away it's not worth your time and they can't even get the spice levels right, never go to this place ever and tell all your family and friends.

Kind of disappointed with my order. Considering the combo I got was $15 after tax, was just hoping for a little more size to the tenders. Drinks are separate. Service was still good. There are order kiosks or you can place your order at the register with a cashier. It didn't take too long to get my food. Outdoor seating available

Good food but the terrible management makes you go somewhere else! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with medium spicy Mac and cheese and I had to wait 30mins and still didn't get my order!!! Also the bar code to get the loyalty wouldn't work!!! I will. It come back!! Now 45 mins and still!!! I don't have my order!!!

We were very excited to try this place, but we found the food to be terrible. It's just chicken fingers coated and sauce. The service was horrible. There were teenagers working there and they seem to be way more interested in talking to each other and their friends that came in the restaurant then attending to customers that were waiting to order or waiting on orders that they'd already put in. This was a one and done place for us!

The only positive was the cashier that ACTUALLY took our order. Even before we got to the register, the guy cashiering was very loudly cussing and yelling at the other employees about how he so badly needed to get off the register because he got off in 3 minutes, at 5pm (Aug 24). When we got to the register, he just walked away and began cussing and yelling at the 5 or so other employees who were behind the soda machine area just standing there. I wanted to try this place I'd heard so much about it. First the staff was great they were friendly and helpful! Love the bright interior an cool upbeat vibe. It was busy! They have the good ice! lol I got a water cup full before I left to crunch on. The chicken was very moist and you could tell they marinated in hot sauce good flavor.
