I went to this location the other day and the food was fire as usual. The service was quick, I made a mistake ordering a number 1 instead of the 2... the manager had no issue helping me out by giving me some buns. I will definitely send everyone to this location as the whole family goes quite often. Thank You.

I ordered a 4 piece slider meal. I only got four pieces of plain chicken and some cold fries. I called to inquire about a refund and nobody picked up. Unbelievably disrespectful. You've lost my service. The date of order was tuesday 8/25/26 11:50pm. Whatever manager was on shift today needs to have a refresher on how to manage the floor from the general manager.

Went in to buy my baby some of there little nugget bites and when I got them they where slimy like if someone spit on them not saying anyone did but I didn't feel comfortable feeding my son the nugget so I went in asking for a refund and she said there supposed to be soft but I'm like I get there soft but there slimy and she kept arguing with me saying it's supposed to be like that even though I have never gotten chicken bites like that before had to send my hubby In ended up finally getting the refund

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at the Highland Dave's Hot Chicken location. My grandchildren visited the Highland store using complimentary Dave's Hot Chicken cards that had been provided to me by the Lakewood location. Unfortunately, their experience was very disappointing. First time trying Dave's hot chicken. The food was great no complaints about the food. The customer service on the other hand was terrible. No one makes you feel welcome ! The staff look miserable, I went up there to ask for a fork and no one greeted me a young lady looked back at me and turned back around without saying one word. So I just went back to my seat. The food was salty. The service was missing. Absolutely no customer service for new or returning customers. I ordered 18 piece bites, and I had to pay for one ranch. Which is okay (not really) but when I saw they had reaper ranch, I wanted to try it and the cashier said "you'll have to buy it".
