I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at the Highland Dave's Hot Chicken location. My grandchildren visited the Highland store using complimentary Dave's Hot Chicken cards that had been provided to me by the Lakewood location. Unfortunately, their experience was very disappointing. First time trying Dave's hot chicken. The food was great no complaints about the food. The customer service on the other hand was terrible. No one makes you feel welcome ! The staff look miserable, I went up there to ask for a fork and no one greeted me a young lady looked back at me and turned back around without saying one word. So I just went back to my seat. The food was salty. The service was missing. Absolutely no customer service for new or returning customers. I ordered 18 piece bites, and I had to pay for one ranch. Which is okay (not really) but when I saw they had reaper ranch, I wanted to try it and the cashier said "you'll have to buy it". Food is really good but man these people are slow. I walked in and it didn't look that busy and it's been 50 minutes and I still don't have my food. There are a lot of people with online orders but still this is absolutely ridiculous. I think everyone there is stoned or something. This place suuuuuucks

Whoever does the staffing here should be fired immediately. I don't know where they found these employees but they're all insanely terrible. We decided not to go to the one is SB because it was busy and there's a reason this location never has a wait it sucks. I don't usually do reviews but they definitely got me MESSED UP! I just went there tonight got a mild tender a medium slider and my medium slider was undercooked slimy flavor was not it. I don't understand why their food is like that customer service really sucks. So freakin slow. Absolutely nobody in line and empty store and my order took over 20 mins. Workers in the back just chatting and laughing. Food was alright but that wait will take me back to the San Bernardino location and keep me from coming back.
