First time here since they opened. Clean space and employees are super friendly I'll definitely be coming back
You never know what to expect when a new location opens, but management has done a great job training staff. Great customer service

Haven't been to a Dave's hot chicken in a while and got some food today. Not only was the food amazing but the service was the best. Very chill place and Liz was amazing
The food was salty. The service was missing. Absolutely no customer service for new or returning customers. I ordered 18 piece bites, and I had to pay for one ranch. Which is okay (not really) but when I saw they had reaper ranch, I wanted to try it and the cashier said "you'll have to buy it". I asked if she can provide it free so I can try it and buy it next time I return. She said "if you don't like it, i don't know what to tell you". Food is really good but man these people are slow. I walked in and it didn't look that busy and it's been 50 minutes and I still don't have my food. There are a lot of people with online orders but still this is absolutely ridiculous. I think everyone there is stoned or something. This place suuuuuucks

Whoever does the staffing here should be fired immediately. I don't know where they found these employees but they're all insanely terrible. We decided not to go to the one is SB because it was busy and there's a reason this location never has a wait it sucks. I came in the girl at the front register was on her phone and didn't acknowledge me finally I got tired of waiting on her to get off her phone and I told her I was ready to order since she was clearly not going to ask me.
