I always have a great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken. The customer service is consistently excellent--everyone is friendly, efficient, and genuinely kind. My order has never been messed up, and the food is always hot and fresh. You can really tell they care about what they do, and that makes all the difference. I truly appreciate the positive, welcoming atmosphere every time I come here.

Gwen and Dayana were great helps and friendly faces to see when first walking in! They were patient and quick when delivering food and even checked on me and my girlfriend while eating like a proper restaurant eating experience! Outside of the great customer service, the atmosphere and music were a great match. I really recommend the loaded fries with the oreo shake! Again, thank you Gwen and Dayana!

Super Good! Ever since they opened up near my work I go in real quick to pick up and it's always so good, plus staff is really kind to you when you come in! It's also not as packed unless it's rush hour.
