The people on shift at 10PM on Friday, October 23rd need to be talked to. I almost never leave reviews, let alone bad ones. I understand that they were tired after the free slider day, and I have worked in food service so I get it, but they were so unbelievably slow. 30 minutes for a large loaded fries, multiple people waiting and getting impatient, an alarm ringing in the back for who knows what for 10 minutes; just a mess. i love daves , all for their plant based bite (cauliflower bites) unfortunately everytime ive been ordering pick up or have someone get me lunch. asking for cauliflower combo ,they have given me chicken by mistake or just rushing and forget i said cauliflower 10 piece, not chicken. this isnt an allergy or serious issue honestly but i havent ate meat in 8 years and was very sad to have to given up my food . other than that ,food is very good

it is my first time ordering the mini sliders，I have no idea what the size it is. so I google it，every videos and picture show me it is good size. So I place order, when I got the order I was very disappointed look at the picture for comparison . I feel I got scam.

Good location, food is good although takes a while to come out. The only real issue is the attitude of the girls in the back, if you ask to change anything or ask for something they mumble things under their breath. Like " she should have said that" customers see you and the only reason I didn't say anything was because the cashier was really nice. This is the girl in the back with the heavy makeup and thick falsies, customer service takes patience dear.

The food I ordered was a small online order for two tenders and Mac and cheese at 3:35. I showed up at 3:50 food was supposedly not ready I gave her the name James when I initially got there. She said she would have it right up and that was not at all close to the truth. It is now 4:20 I'm leaving with an order she found by some DoorDash orders that was just sitting there. I arrived at 12:30am Monday for food and was turned down because they were apparently closed. Hours on Sunday are opened until 1:00am (the next day). I was seriously hungry and wanted to try the new Dave's location by my house. It even says in on their door!!!!! Open till 1:00am and they also stated that the info on their restaurant glass door. And yelp and google state the same hours! They even blamed it on their info not being accurate

Was placing my order and the girl at the register kept getting distracted by another worker's conversation so I had to repeat my items like three times! Please pay attention to your customers and do your job. Not a good first impression. Also pricey for what you get.
