My son loves Dave's Hot Chicken, so for Valentine's Day I took him to this location for lunch. The restaurant itself was clean. Just a heads up, this location does not have a drive thru like the Ontario location. As always, the food was great and consistent, which we definitely appreciate. However, the service unfortunately did not match the quality of the food. Customer service is very important to me, and this experience fell short. The Dave's Hot Chicken in Claremont opened quite recently. I went for their grand opening and was greeted with the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Staff was all smiles, laughing, and enjoying their time. There was such a great feeling of hospitality and welcoming that it made me want to sit in and eat. Food is what you expect from Dave's. Leilani is an outstanding employee! She greeted me as soon as I walked in, took my order and kitchen had it ready lightning fast! (in less than 5 mins!) It's obvious that they care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve here! The dining area & bathrooms are sparkling clean! Enjoyed every single bite of my #4 slider meal. Great pitstop, right off the 10 East freeway! Saving this location, will def plan to come back on my next road trip. 5 stars!
