They charged me $4 for ranch... and didn't even include it. Paying extra and getting nothing is honestly just terrible.

It's not worth your money, like you get barely any fries, theres barely any sauce and the chicken was tiny in the saucy bites. Also for $14? At that point go to KFC or something that would somehow be better. Also maybe hire people who actually want to work, like I understand you don't want to go to work but at least try. Everyone was moody and looked like they wanted to go home. Not worth it, turn around and go buy chicken somewhere else. Ykw at that point, make your own chicken and it would be more worth it.

Food is great however anytime I do a mobile order they always mess it up, never separate the sandwiches with the heat levels, add cheese to the wrong sandwich, don't add sauce to the right ones leaving them dry. My store does not have a drive through which mobile order is suppose to make it easier ands more of a hassle unfortunately

Guy at front counter made it difficult to get 2 extra honey packets. I've worked fast food it's not hard especially working front counter. I had to ask over and over. Rude for no reason. definitely not coming back to this location

Cashier was super rude when I came to pick up my online order, I asked for extra Dave sauce and she threw it into my bag and only 1 made it into the bag and the rest fell on to the floor. Not cool

Dined in. Fries were cold and limp. The tenders were flat like a thin chicken cutlet and had more breading than chicken. Because the chicken was so thin, it was dry and stringy. Overall, disappointed. The sauce was good

I don't think it's okay for this to happen I placed my order at 4:43pm and arrived 5 the place was empty and this is how I got my nuggets all black and taste nasty.
