Update: per the request I submitted feedback to the link that the owner shared in the response. I'm pretty sure it's an Ai bot response and nothing was done in the efforts of guest recovery. Not sure what I expected but not taking the guest service or cleanliness serious is reason enough to not return. Response screenshot attached. My family visited just before the holiday. My wife and I visited for the first time today. It'll likely be the only time. First off, a place that asks for a tip when am they've done is take your order just drives me crazy. You done the bare minimum. How do I know how much to tip for that? Secondly, the same place that asks for a tip upfront is the same place it takes 20 minutes to deliver a Combo 1 & 3. I was kinda disappointed! The breading is super thick and it does have a good amount of flavor but its just really dense. I enjoyed the slider because you have the addition of the slaw and pickles to add a little more to the party. My tender also had a HUGE piece of grizzle in it which is kinda off putting to me. The wait was also like an hour long when they actually weren't even crazy busy. Idk I may give it another try but I wasn't super impressed on my first try.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is the place to be! It was poppin! We stopped in a couple days after the grand opening and met Asia at the door :). She was so warm and welcoming and we immediately started talking like we had been long time friends! We did wait in a line that went out the door, which at first we thought we shouldn’t stay, but service is so quick and efficient that we flew through the line. No complaints on our end! We are excited about our next visit and looking forward to seeing Asia again!

I hadn’t realized I came in shortly after opening, but everything seemed to be going wrong at this location. We weren’t greeted upon entering, and the customer service overall was just okay. The ice maker in the fountain machine was broken, and the water lever continued dispensing for a couple of minutes after I stopped pressing it. There was also no heat inside, even though it was about 30 degrees outside.
