Trying to find a positive in this experience is tall order, however let's go with the chicken itself since it was predictable, just fine. Which can be acceptable if it's backed up by decent service, speedy turnaround, and a clean environment. Dave's Chattanooga possesses NONE of these qualities. The food was good. Took 40 minutes to get our food but we were warned in advance of a 35 min wait. Only one of the two bathrooms available and it was nasty. They add. 20% gratuity on top of your order without notice and then the point of sale systems prompts you for additional gratuity before you can swipe your card. While the food was good $43 for 2 x 2 piece chicken tender meals with no service other than taking your money and handing you your food is a bit much. We have been waiting 45 minutes. The Restaurant is full with only one table with food as online orders go out over and over. They need to pick a lane. They apparently can not do both. This has been the same experience in two different states. I liked it but My family will never go back after this experience and our previous experience.

Don't come here if you want your food in a decent time. It will take a long time for your food to come out.

Sat at three booths and all three were broken in one way or another. The tables were dirty and the toilet seats in the bathroom were either way to loose or broken. My boyfriend sat in a booth seat it slit out from under him and he ended up on the ground. Music was way to loud we could barely hear each other talk. The food was the only good thing we experienced. Wil only go thru the drive thru if we come back.

Cashier said about 3 words to us. Restroom filthy with no, paper towels, tissues or seat covers. No napkins in the napkins holders and super duper greasy chicken. The Mac and cheese was decent. We were the only people in there. Won't go back.

Dirty everytime I come here. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt when they first opened because they were slammed but today there was no line and still managed to take forever getting food and dinning room was nasty. Staff always seem to be on another planet as well.

Every single time i've been here it takes forever to order and receive our food. Workers move so slow knowing they have a bunch of people waiting.
