So as a Dave's hot fan from Houston I will say I was not over the top happy . The flavor pallet was not the same actually very bland and no heat for the medium heat and flavor as well as being dry. Both the slider and the over the top fries had little to no flavor .

In Conway today and had heard about this place from locals - overall impression was positive - I tried the 2 piece Tenders and Cole Slaw. Great price under $14 that includes a drink. I went with the "Hot" and was not disappointed with the flavor as well as the moist chicken. The heat was not overpowering (they also offer Extra Hot and Reaper flavoring.), for another day. I mean it's fried chicken with spices... I don't understand the hype. My son has been begging to try it so we went there for lunch. We ordered our food and found a seat. Waited 20-25 mins for our order. Chicken was good but not great. For 2 number 3's and an extra tender it cost $45... no thanks! I expect more for the money. We came, we tried it, yall can keep it! I am sure others will think I am crazy.

WAIT!!! Golly the wait here is TERRIBLE!!! Took us a darn hour to get food . With that said tho, the food does have great flavor and does pack a punch!!! The amount of food might not seem like a lot on paper; one tender a slider and fries, but the portions are BIG and can easily feed you. The price is a bit high but it's worth the quality of chicken. We went to Dave's Hot Chicken a few days ago. It was pretty hot and humid outside but there was almost no break from the heat inside. I don't know if their AC just wasn't "up to snuff" or what, but it was hot. Also, we happened to get there around 6:15 which apparently is a fairly busy time. There were 2 groups using the kiosks (which we were told we had to use to order) just before we ordered and 1 group after us. This is my second time here, both times took over 35 minutes to actually receive food. Both times, order was wrong. Which is confusing because everything is either chicken, or fries. So why does it take so long? How does it get messed up? The first time I was here, they were out of coke and napkins. This time, out of napkins and straws.
