WAIT!!! Golly the wait here is TERRIBLE!!! Took us a darn hour to get food . With that said tho, the food does have great flavor and does pack a punch!!! The amount of food might not seem like a lot on paper; one tender a slider and fries, but the portions are BIG and can easily feed you. The price is a bit high but it's worth the quality of chicken. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a mobile order, stood in line for 30 minutes waiting for my food. I went up to the counter three times and asked about my order. The boy at the counter said no it's not ready, the fourth time I went to the counter I said my app said it would be ready at 12:28pm, it's 1:00 o'clock. He looks to the hot box where they keep the to-go orders and he ask what's the name again after I told him the three times I've been to the counter, he says my fault dude it's been here this whole time. Don't waste your time or money service was trash they won't call out your order just set it on the counter and don't say a word after your 30min wait and food was way over hyped take you business elsewhere

We went to Dave's Hot Chicken a few days ago. It was pretty hot and humid outside but there was almost no break from the heat inside. I don't know if their AC just wasn't "up to snuff" or what, but it was hot. Also, we happened to get there around 6:15 which apparently is a fairly busy time. There were 2 groups using the kiosks (which we were told we had to use to order) just before we ordered and 1 group after us. This is my second time here, both times took over 35 minutes to actually receive food. Both times, order was wrong. Which is confusing because everything is either chicken, or fries. So why does it take so long? How does it get messed up? The first time I was here, they were out of coke and napkins. This time, out of napkins and straws. And because they only have one person in the front, these things don't get replenished, cleaned, or effectively expedited. Your food is finally ready? Sorry. I drove 45 minutes to come get some Dave's and was deeply disappointed. The line was almost to the door with the entire restaurant packed. On top of that, there were only two workers upfront, one of which was stressed out and being extremely rude. The food was 16 dollars for two chicken tenders, 4 pickle slices, two raw pieces of white bread, and a small boat of fries. The combo that I paid 16 dollars for did not come with a drink. Ehhhhh. Got the 2 tender meal & it tasted like it was COATED in paprika. Hot & fries were okay. Sauce very mayo based. Just okay. Wouldn't go back.
