The food was good. I got a very hot very fresh sandwich. The chicken was crispy and seasoned to perfection. The restaurant looked relatively clean with good ambience. The bathroom looked like it was just cleaned not too long ago all in all pretty good place.

I first visited a Dave's Hot Chicken on Western Avenue in Albany and was amazed Every time I went I asked employees if there were any plans to open in Schenectady. I got my wish and is my go too place and tell all my friends they need to try it

Pretty great chain chicken place! We order online and it's usually done a few minutes after we arrive, which isn't an issue because I'd rather it be fresh and it's always hot and delicious even after driving it home 20 minutes. The chicken is quality and seasoned well and the new mozz sticks are pretty bomb, possibly better than Chilis. Staff are friendly and it's clean inside. Glad we have a new location in the area!

Another takeout lunch that pleased my grandchildren and me. Their new Mozzarella menu items, Chicken Bites, and fries appeal to the young ones if not me. They enjoyed their lunches. I like the large, moist, perfectly fried chicken breast tenders, and I love the flavorful Kale Slaw. Both delicious, and the signature Dave's Sauce is so good! Takeout/pickup here for second time. Plusses: Helpful, friendly servers (told me how to save by ordering #1s and substituting Slaw for fries rather than order side of Slaw.
