food is always consistently so so good. best chicken place in fresno and i've had just about every other chicken chain location, angry chicks, houston, spicy birds etc, none of them compete! their customer service is absolutely top tier as well. i've never had such great customer service from somewhere you'd consider more of a fast food restaurant. you can tell they took their time hiring good candidates because everyone has the same positive energy and welcoming personality. i didn't expect that from a chain company for the... read more

I was excited to see Dave's Hot Chicken finally open in Fresno, and overall the food lived up to the hype. The chicken was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and everything tasted like it was made to order. You can tell the kitchen is doing things right. I also want to shout out the gentleman working the register during my visit an African man whose name I didn't catch. The customer service and food were great, very delicious! Elijah helped us and he was very kind and made sure we had all of our food and if the food was made correctly. Nothing was missing and the food was loaded up.
