Food was good. Got it at decent time . Fernando had great customer service, checked on us and brought us napkins and more sauce . Overall a great experience.
Crispy, hot and pretty good service! Dipping sauce not that good! Pricing is high! Raising Cane better tasting Cheaper and you get a drink with your combo! Free drink when you download the app is weak at best!
10/16/25 Brand New! Getting lunch! Arrived! Fun music playing when you walk in. Greeted by Fernando & ordered 1 slider combo #4 with Mac N Cheese instead of fries. Sauce on the side. Made Hot. Paid for it and given a buzzer. Waited for it to be ready. Vibrant colors on walls. Lots of seating inside. Red tables & chairs. Drive-thru too! Very busy & booming! Waited a bit. Clean and safe. The portions were very small but that wasnt what upset me. There is a serious water leak right by the kiosks, there is a caution sign but nothing was put out to catch the water from hitting the ground. Unfortunately a young man did not see how much water was spreading on the floor and slipped and fell, a worker decided to laugh and just turn her back to act like she did not see him slip. I tried this for the first time and it was horrible! I got the trio meal, the chicken tasted like fish. The bread was not even toasted. Even their special sauce tasted so plain! Wouldn't eat here again.

Ordered my food at kiosk waited over 1 hr + MIND YOU IT WASNT BUSY seen them handing food to drive thru and ppl behind us in line and when we got our food it was not even warm fries were stiffer than ya mammas back got my refund so fast employees have no time management or just slow in general don't recommend spending yo money here ANGRY CHICKZ & RED CHICKZ IS WORTH YOUR MONEYY !! PSA its not the first time i heard bad things about this location after my visit

Shouldn't have to wait 15-20 minutes for food when there's only one car in front of you . What's the point of a drive through .

Date we went in was 5/22/26. The food was good, the milkshake was like foam..... the service was horrible. We ordered a two slider meal and the Dave's trio. Didn't ask for any changes just ordered off the menu. We ORDERED our food at 5:58. I asked for our order at 6:15, 6:25, 6:30 and finally at 6:40 we asked for our money back. Every time I asked they treated me like I was a bother. Everyone who came in behind us had eaten and left. Turns out they "found" our order. It had been ready since 6:04.
