The food was pretty good, the wait was a little long but it was worth it. Javon was going around making people smile while handing out stickers and I got two. He is really nice and made the wait for the food worth it.

Never been to Dave's before but the entire staff was so nice and welcoming, especially Jacky! Definitely coming back, glad they opened up a location near me!

Placed an order online through their app, pickup ETA quoted for 6:05. Walked in 6:08, the lady at the counter said it's not ready. Asked when it will be ready and she responded "I don't know". Asked again, because I thought she was joking, even suggesting "5, 10 minutes more? Since the app says it would be ready 6:05". Nope, same answer: "I don't know". Had to wait for my food for like 40 minutes when there was no one else ordering. There was only one person making the food in the back and one person at the front. My order was to go and when I opened the food and served, the whole family was disappointed. Food was not well prepared at all. Will not go there again.

Never have a waited this long for my food at Dave's. I live in San Jose and regardless of how busy it is, my food usually takes less than 10 min tops. It's been 30 min and still no food. My first bad review in 15 years Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

I waiting soooooooooooooooooo god damn long for my food twice. Second time just for one thing WAYYYYY TOO LONGGGG OF WAIT. do better and they messed up doordash orders and had everyoneeee waiting for soooooooo long like never coming here ever again they suck the employees suck and im not a big back to be a karen but i karen today 30 min wait is some bs

came in at 8:45ish, ordered on their screen, why did it take 22 minutes for one regular sized menu item if there were only two other customers in the establishment and the screen only said two other names under the "making" option. disappointed, will definitely take a while before coming back to see if they'll improve.

Almost all tables were dirty and covered in food when there were only 2 customers in there. Got the order wrong the first time and waited for a almost an hour for the food to be wrong. Super powdery and found hair in my food. Im being nice for giving them 2 stars.
