Everything is crazy overpriced and chicken isn't really that good. My blue berry blast was frozen solid not good.

We waited about an hour for our food. Yes my food was cold, fries were stale and barely warm my chicken was barely warm as well. I spoke with Johnny, he was a manager on the phone , he gave me his bosses number to Jose, who was really rude and said he will not do anything for me and said if I don't have the "merchandise " no compensation or anything. no restaurant that I have ever worked at or even been to operates that way. This place is hot garbage! Would not recommend. A 2 piece chicken strip meal with microwave Mac and cheese. Literally a child could make it better. Stay away.

Overall horrible. Chicken tasted like just paprika no flavor at all and besides that dry. We waited about 45 min for our food. The workers were very nice but that was the only food thing there. The mozzarella were not worth the "hype" they were bland and soggy. Dont recommend at all.

Had other locations and this one took over 30 minutes to get our food! Very disappointed and we'll be sure to avoid this location in the future. Rude staff...

My first time trying Dave's hot chicken was a few days ago, I've heard many good things about Dave's hot chicken and it was finally added to Vacaville. Me and my husband walk in and it was fine by than but when it came to order our food, the women on the register kept messing up our order, when we got our food my tender was burnt and my husbands was the wrong spice so I would say I probably would not go back again and go try the one in Sacramento. Very disappointed.

I went here recently and I have a few thoughts. The ambience in the whole building is too loud and its a struggle to hear anything, even myself think. Along with that, the workers are very kind but it seems like they are trying to outdo themselves. As if they are in some sort of competition. I had ordered a buffalo mac and the chicken was very nice although the mac and cheese was so watery and in my opinion it needs some work. The whole place does.

This is just not a good restaurant. Light mild, mild, and medium all had the same non-existent heat level. The food was cold, the milkshake was room temp and nothing had flavor. Angry chickz would never. I did provide feedback directly on the website as directed by Brett's response and I never heard back. They're probably overwhelmed by all of the negative reviews.
