My husband and I were helped and encouraged through every step of the loan process by David and those coordinating with him. We needed to have the house on which our offer was accepted, close as early as possible, and we were delighted when it closed almost a week earlier than what our original goal had been. We found that David and those coordinating with him were available every time there was something about which we needed further explanation or help. We recommend David very highly to anyone needing to procure a loan.

I was told that buying a home would be extremely stressful. I was wrong. From the start, David sat down with us and explained EVERYTHING that we could possibly need to know. My Girlfriend and I had 30 days to find a place to live and in this market it did not look like it was going to happen. We met with Dave the next day and he got us pre- approved. There was one house we liked out of the 30 we looked at and decided to write an offer. The home was priced low and ended up receiving 23 total offers! David and Leann are amazing. I called David up letting him know I have found my dream home, well my dream home is now my beautiful home. David and Leann are professional, compassionate, patient with all my emotions going thru this process. They listened and made sure I knew and understood every part of the process.
