My husband and I used David Bryce for our recent short sale purchase. For as long and complicated of a process it can be, he and his team worked tirelessly to give my husband and I the easiest, smoothest transaction possible. From dealing with blemishes on credit reports, to last minute appraisal complications and the final minutes of signing on the dotted line, he was there to answer all our questions and calm our fears. I never thought homeownership was possible until I met David & his amazing team. They made possible out of impossible. Very fast loan process and everything were right on time for closing. I would like to recommend him to others who are considering homeownership.

I would highly recommended Dave and his team! The level of communication through the entire home buying process was flawless. On several occasions Lee Anne spent time on the phone with me explaining things that were well outside her realm of responsibility. We were never left wondering what came next. Dave Bryce knows VA home loans better than the companies and banks who specialize in VA home loans. I can't say enough about the hard work Dave and his assistant put into making my second home loan happen! Not only that but he pointed out to me that I should have not paid the VA funding fee on my first home loan, he promptly notified me when VA loan limit changed in King County (for the better) and he explained to me that I can actually use the VA home loan more than once.
